"There is very little communication between departments, no customer service, and no way to get accurate information. Three of my doctors left. I was due for blood tests and called to see if the one ordered by my previous doctor would be honored. Since my new doctor was in the system I was informed the lab would do the tests. The prescription required pre approval. so it could not be filled. "This used to be a wonderful practice-- when it was owned by the practitioners. Now it's owned by a private equity/corporation called Optum. Many of the seasoned docs have left and the vibe is very different. They now have a "call center" which feels similar to trying to reach Comcast or Centurylink."

"I have been a patient here for over 15 years and being a patient here has become IMPOSSIBLE. You can barely even speak to a human on the phone. My endocrinologiest left the practice and they were unwilling to transfer me to any of the other providers because they are "understaffed" after 15 years as a patient in their department."

"Charged $1500.00+ for an annual physical with no complications! Don't trust them. Went to the Polyclinic/Everett Clinic in Kirkland for my annual physical exam. Aside from mildly elevated cholesterol, I have no medical issues. No diagnosis or treatment was needed. It was an entirely routine annual physical. Polyclinic/Everett Clinic billed my insurance more than $1500.00 for the annual physical. ..."

"I had a been a happy camper at the Polyclinic Madison for 15 years. Now, my endocrinologist, as well as 3 other doctors in his office have left and they have told me they can't take any new or transfer patients! I am not new, nor am I really a "transfer" but alas I am out on my own trying to find a new endocrinologist! Very disappointed in the way this has been handled."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I needed to make an appointment with the neurology clinic. I called twice on Monday and held for an hour each time and gave up. Today I decided to see it through and I have been holding for 3 hours 22 minutes. I also opted earlier for a call back this morning and of course non one has called me back.
