"My mom is a paraplegia and has chronic pain and I take care of her. The past 3 months we have had errors which has caused my mom to not get her medicine on time. All phone calls 99% of the time go to voicemail. And they do NOT call you back. This is exhausting and is heartbreaking seeing my mom lay there in pain!"
