"My first visit to the 27th Street location. The staff at this location seems very inexperienced. The front desk receptionist could not count weeks for future appointment. The nurse or medical assistant that took my blood pressure never made eye contact seemed like she was just checking off boxes. The PA half hardedly lostened to my concerns. Dr. Pennington, however, addressed my concerns and was personable. ..."
