"I am so glad that Victoria is the keeper of my knees! She has been administering cushioning gel to my arthritic knees for a couple of years now and today drained my right knee. I had no idea that it was so filled with water.She immediately saw the problem and took care of it.She is a real pro and a great nurse."

"They tell you that your insurance will cover your procedure then bill you for the full amount . That was the first time. Then went back for second procedure and they did the same thing. Total bill over 6k."

"I had an appointment with Dr. White regarding my 5th metatarsal bone fracture. I came with my XRay done. During the 5 minute visit doctor did not touch my foot and told me that no any surgery needed. What was my surprise when I saw that 'Surgery' was claimed in claim submitted for this visit and amount was auto-paid from my HRA account. My 3 calls to the billing department did not get any result. ..."

"We love the doctors associated with the practice, we have gone to them for many years and they have always helped us what stinks is they stopped accepting our insurance, which is Horizon BCBS, in September of 2021. Supposedly they are in “negotiations “ since then which doesn’t help us. We can’t afford the out of network costs which leaves us looking for new doctors."
