"After waiting over 90 minutes past my appointment time for Dr Baggenstos I left. When I went to tell the receptionist she seemed surprised as she casually said “oookaay” . I did not schedule another appointment due to their lack of courtesy. I was billed for that appointment which never occurred which I was unaware of buried in my medical billing.
