Office personnel, Brittany, refused to provide this information, indicating that the information would be shared with my mother in June 2026. "Pomona, Upland. Doesn't matter. Find a different place. These people aren't worth your time. I haven't been able to talk to my neurologist in over a year. My appointments consist of a nurse asking me the usual questions, then I'm sent on my way. I can't get paperwork filled out because they've lost it 3 times."
