"Very rude staff and front desk staff are unable to handle i divides who are frustrated and will ask you to leave the practice. They need training in de-escalate techniques and give better explanation of why asking for payment when no explanation was given prior. The person drawing blood isn’t gentle and very mechanical. There isn’t a kind person in the staff this is the second time in 5 years that ..."
