"You will get NO care here,despite their name.Medical staff (doctors)comes and goes.Patients are left to see nurse practitioners who have little or no competency.They arbitrarily charge Medicare patients for no reason then harass you if they dont get payment which they arent suppossed to be doing.STAY AWAY FROM HERE.SCAM SCAM"

"I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. First, try to connect is almost imposible. Second, the recorded for option has a horrible sound, not clear. Third, when finally connected to a person, when trying to make appointment, she disconnected my call. After this, I tried again several times, impossible to connect. Horrible service just to start with this medical group, before an appointment. ..."

"I have been a patient of Dr Bueno for years. She is highly competent but I was told she no longer sees patients. My major complaint is my prescription refills. It sometimes takes repeated calls to get someone in the office to answer and to look into the refill. I have two requests for refills. this morning I left a message with the Dr,s office to kindly refill. I shouldnt have to do that."

"I went to the office today to get a form signed as a caregiver for my husband and parents, all of us are patients there. They told me I would have to see the Dr. As a caregiver I do not have time for this. Our Drs have changed so many times recently because they all leave there as soon as you see them. This place used to be great now all they want is the money. Today they lost 4 patients"

"I am a physician myself- I was seeing Dr. Angela Richter- endocrinologist - she was GREAT - now waiting for my lab results and over a week for a refill on my medication I called their office - turns out Dr. Richter left the practice almost 2 months ago. They are only informing patients when they call in to ask a question??? - So no one is reviewing the labs or refilling any medications for her patients. ..."

"Nothing more than a patient mill run by a greedy corporation (MyCare Medical). No continuity of care. They arbitrarily assign you to a new PCP (without your knowledge), cancel appointments and want to reschedule you with the assistant OR make you wait another three months to reschedule with you with your assigned PCP. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS PRACTICE!"

There are so many patients, it does seem like they really care for the individual. Every time I needed a prescription filled, I would have to start calling the office at least a week in advance. "Office is a patient mill that crams as many people in as possible. Appointments run about 4-6 months out. Today, after waiting 4 months for my basic appointment, I arrive and the communicated time (by text and email) to be told it was actually 30 mins prior and that even though, I arrived in the 15 min grace period I’d have to reschedule; which is another 4 months out. When stating I have a new born ..."

I have had soooo many bad experiences with doctors especially over the last few years but this NP really knows his sh** and above all else he is a great listener.
