"Very upset and left. We got there at 11:50. They said that we couldn’t be seen until 2.5 hours later (at the walk in clinic) because we did not have an appointment. Ridiculous that my child who was in pain couldn’t be seen at that time. It wouldn’t have taken them that long to look at her. They weren’t closed and had plenty of time. "
