"Booked an appt through their website and received a confirmaton of the appointment. On the day of the appt., I drive over 40 miles to get there at 8:00 a.m. and am told that the Dr. wasn't in the office that day. The receptionist was completely blank and uncaring about conveying that info with the throwaway line of 'someone should have called you' . Yeah, um, well that didn't happen so now I have ..."

"Really terrible service, typical of HCA. Had an indifferent & unpleasant doc the first time, filled out a survey, they called me and connected me with a much nicer guy. But getting a prescription refilled required leaving THREE phone messages, and sending another through their portal. Need an appointment? No one ever answers the phone, and I tried over and over. After 40 rings, it just disconnects. ..."
