"Avoid at all cost! The psychiatrist seem to be top notch but billing and accounting a nightmare! Bugged me for months after I paid? saying I still owed. After I got mad and confronted them it was found I was correct, Wow. But they canceled me as a patient because I said a cuss word and offended her incompetence. I am a United States, Viet Nam Combat Veteran and was told to go elsewhere…..I never thought ..."

"I would leave negative stars if I could. They are apathic liars that do not help with the issue. They make it worse. The front office staff in Tuscaloosa are good people, but the Psychiatrist did not help. They made the issue worse. Anyone with an ounce of common sense could have done a better job. Avoid like the plague!"

"Apathetic and does not listen or help. If I could give negative stars I would. The whole industry is full of soulless ego's. Yes there are a few here and their, but I have found that they offer nothing of real value and made my issues worse."

"If you truly need help with your mental health DONT GO HERE ! I have never left a psychiatrist in the 15 years of seeing Psychiatrists- always the Dr. transferred or moved states and I was always happy with the referred Dr- but ever since my Dr moved and he took over - IT WAS MISERABLE - he is growing his practice and was NEVER there and the people I saw always were waiting on him for my medications ..."

"Beware of this practice! I saw Dr. Aaron Hawkins, who was inexperienced, condescending, and lacking in empathy. I'm shocked that someone with his temperament is allowed to work with patients. He suggested I experiment with a new medication protocol, even though my previous doctors had warned against such a protocol. He is also impossible to get a hold of, and his office staff does not return phone ..."
