"The staff was friendly and service was great. However, the wait time was horrible, especially considering I have a toddler. There were many hygienists waiting around for doctors to check patients while we were in the back waiting/play area, and the whole process of getting patients in and out seemed inefficient. I might be willing to sacrifice the kind staff experience in order to go to a practice ..."

"The visit went well. However the dental assistant that greeted us said that my daughter did not need X-rays during this visit (only my son). They took them anyway and no one informed me beforehand. X-rays are expensive and I would have appreciated them asking me in case i had a financial opposition to taking them this time."

"Both our daughters received their dental care here while growing up. My wife and daughters can not speak highly enough about Dr. Goldenberg. He's the textbook perfect example of how a caregiver should treat patients."
  • November 5, 2019
"Care for our daughter was terrific from the assistant. Would have loved to have been given the opportunity to speak with the dentist further since it was a procedure not a simple cleaning. Would have also loved a broken down explanation of cost PRIOR to appointment and expectations. For the first time in the many years we've been coming there I'm considering a new practice due to office staff rudeness!! ..."

"They do xrays every six months which is not recommended nor covered by insurance. They are pushing revenue with unneeded procedures."

"This isn't Meredith's email address."

"When your child comes out crying after going her entire Dental care life, it is concerning. There is no reason with modern medicine not to ease anxiety and make sure they do not feel any pain or discomfort."
  • November 5, 2019
"Cleaning was inconsistent. One of your dentists was unprofessional and loudly complaining about a patient in public. A couple of your staff were unfriendly. The visit was more than double the cost of our previous dentist, and they provided more services. The system of moving patients through is not efficient."

"I love GCFPD and we have been going there for about 10 years. My only complaint is that they need to figure out a system for getting in patients with cavities more quickly. Because of the long time between our annual visit and his appointment, his tooth had severely deteriorated from a small cavity to a "baby root canal." I'm not sure if they need to add more appointments, hire more dentists, acxept ..."

"The dentist and staff are great. However on our last visit there was an entertainer in the waiting room and it felt out of place."
  • November 5, 2019
"The experience was top notch. Even though my daughter and I were late for her appointment they still seen her. The fact that I get to talk to the doctor afterwards makes it even more impressive"
  • November 5, 2019
"The overall experience was good. The part I HATE is not going back with my son to see him have his teeth cleaned. He's only 4 and that's a little early to just in trust a stranger to take my son in a random room with random people."
  • November 5, 2019
"We did get there way before his apt. The weather was bad and I had to ask if y’all forgot about my son. 35 min later he was finally called back. I wouldn’t have been so upset but he origainally had a 11 apt with his ortho and I was worried we was going to be late. He’s been going there since he was 2 and I don’t remember waiting that long. I felt I was rude and I’m sorry if it sound that way I was ..."
