"I had broken a portion of a lower wisdom tooth on Saturday and was relieved to get a Monday appointment and to be able to do a crown on the damaged tooth. Dr. Glick did a great job and was assisted by Janelle (I think). My problem with the experience is the assistant put in the temporary crown--I was accustomed to Dr. Lefton doing all of that. "I think this new experience at the foleck center is great. It does however appear like A car dealership where folks just want to sell teeth and make money. Those insurance ladies are off the chain so don't challenge them in any way. Or ask them a question that they don't wanna hear. They need to fine tune their Check in procedures and people in the next chair over should not hear what the dr is doing ..."

"Thank you for the opportunity to come in and learn of your services and my possible needs for them. Unfortunately, I found the cost to be much too high to afford as a senior citizen with no dental insurance and at my age I didn't think the amount of work and cost would be a reasonable necessity."

"I did not like the cubicles where you could hear other patients during their appointments. Very impersonal and not private. Also the emphasis seems to be on selling more services to raise the firms profit level. Additionally, did not like the numerous calls and texts to see if I would be coming to my appointment. "My rating was based on the fact that I was not seen until an hour after my appointment time. I sat in the lobby and watched patients who came in after me, come and go. I understand that things happen and appointments run late, no big deal, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged by the reception desk once the time went past 30 minutes. A simple, “sorry for the wait, they are just running behind” ..."

"I was not happy that a crown was almost put on the wrong tooth. In the end it worked out okay. For at least a month now, I am also still waiting for the firm to provide an appeal to my provider regarding some prior dental work."
