"The Dentisit was very polite and great with my son he took his time and made sure my son was comfortable. BUT. we where there for 3 hours Most of the 3 hours was waiting for the Dentisit to finish with 2 other people before we where seen."

"The facility is really nice but the intake process took a very long time and then the initial new patient appointment x-rays and photos were very time intensive. In total I was at the office for about 2 hours and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. I had to schedule another appointment to come back for a cleaning. The staff were all friendly and helpful but I had scheduled this appointment for my lunch ..."

"I had to wait for quite some time and had to sit on a backless stool. Historically, I never had to wait more than 1 or 2 minutes. I was also insulted and embarrassed when the receptionist very loudly asked if I had taken my premedication. Everyone could hear her, and I was insulted at being asked that by a non clinical person. "I had a different hygienist than I normally see. I felt like he was trying to sell me a car with all the bells and whistles rather than cleaning my teeth. I didn't appreciate all the "up-selling" of dental work, toothbrushes and toothpastes that he was trying to do. You can make a recommendation, but giving me the sales pitch on each piece of equipment, and mouth work that you would like me to have ..."

"I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I had to ask if they had forgotten me. Apparently when i checked in i wasn't checked in properly and they thought i was a no show but not one person thought to check the waiting area or ask if I had been helped."
