"The front desk lady did not speak. I had to ask her to check us in. She seemed bothered. The eye Dr assistant my autism Son asked her 4x what the machine was for that he was looking through. I finally said are you gonna respond to him. She said she was to busy doing her job to respond. The Optomertrist Ms. Fletcher came In the office she barely acknowledge my son at first. It was a very awkward uneasy ..."

"I had my eye prescription so basically I just got glasses here. Never again. They don’t call when glasses are in. They put wrong lenses in. Asked front desk if someone could tighten my glasses. She went from speaking English turn to the other girl and spoke Spanish. Then I heard the other gorl on the phone perfect English. The front desk help are rude and never help you. The guy who help me with frames ..."
