"I made an appointment with Dr. D. Salz for a family member several weeks ahead of time. When we showed up, we were surprised that it was Dr. Ojuok who came into the room (by the way, she was very understanding and nice). We were not informed of the change of doctor. When we raised the issue with the front office manager, she immediately went into a ‘searching how to blame the patient’ mode asking ..."
