"I had cataract surgeries the 14th and 21st of this month. Both eyes, 1 week apart. Everyone at the Boswell Eye Institute was wonderful. I was comfortable, well taken care of and so glad my Opthamologist operates at the Institute. My eyes and sight is amazing. Thank you all so very much."

"My mom needed cataract surgery and my optometrist suggested Summit Eye Surgeons who also use the Eye Institute at Boswell for their surgeries. Both facilities are great. From the first phone call we made to the completion of both eyes their entire staff is the best. If you need help jumping through the insurance hoops, they are there providing their expertise to get you through that process also. ..."

"Had a wonderful experience. Front desk person was very nice. Had cataract surgery done on left eye & my pre-op nurse was absolutely wonderful!! Had other eye done the following week week & that nurse was very nice. Would definitely go there again if more surgery needed!!"

"Very disappointed! We were told to be here 1 hour before. Now 2.5 hours sitting in waiting room and no update from staff. We finally had to ask front desk and still no real answers other than running behind. This might have worked until a patient with appt schedules after ours got pulled ahead 45 min ago. Again no reason provided or professionalism exhibited. There is no excuse for not keeping ..."

"I had the first of my cataract surgeries there two weeks ago, and was impressed with the entire process. Communication, the facility, the staff, the doctors…..all exceptional. Every need was anticipated, and handled well. This could just not have been done better. Highly recommend to anyone."

"I live about an hour from the Boswell Eye Institute and would normally go to Scottsdale surgery center but for the appointment being at 6am. I don’t drive at night. I made two trips for remedial treatment on my cataract surgery and it was a complete pleasure. The people working at Boswell are the nicest you can imagine in a medical center. On top of that my fellow patients made the visit(s), even ..."

"Well, my visit certainly wasn’t long. But it did not need to be. And everything was done perfectly in my estimation. I had to have done the so-called secondary surgery (I thinks it’s called) which some patients who had successful cataract surgery earlier on, may require if they happen to re-experience blurring or cloudiness of vision. That’s what happened to me and of course I was dismayed. Of course ..."
