"Told a person close to me he had an eyelash in his eye that he was not even aware of. Said they would just go ahead and get it out. He agreed didn't think it was an issue, didn't even notice it, and was never verbally, told it would be a charge.Next thing he knows he's charged $280 for eyelash removal. Calls, and they got an attitude about how they charge medicare, so he shouldn't care about that. ..."

"Dr.Mays did my cataract surgery on my right eye a little over a week ago. I was so pleased and excited to regain my 20/20 far vision. "Loved the doctors and the visit was great but I lost my glasses and when I called to ask if I could pick up my prescription they said they would have it ready at the desk. Several weeks later I get a $40 bill. I was told by billing they always charge for a prescription in addition to your visit. Poor service! This information should have been relayed to me when I asked for my prescription, not 4 ..."

"Dr. B performed replacement lens surgery less than a year ago. Cost 12K and l now my vision has got worst than when I went in and they now tell me I will need more surgeries to remove scar tissue caused by the first surgery at a cost of 10K . My recommendation is to stick with contacts or glasses as long as you can unless you want to spend +22K on your eyes which so far has not worked. The lens ..."

"Had lenses installed a year ago for 12K. Less than a year I cannot see and returned to find out I need additional surgeries for another 10K. The technology does not work it just creates scar tissue that must be removed with laser surgery. The eye guys are getting rich off old folks."
