"Had to reschedule blood work 3 sperate times due to the technician not being in or labs not being ordered. Also had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Being on hold for 20 to 30 mins is normal and will happen multiple times across one phone call. Some of the nurses and the front desk are ill mannered to the point that it's almost unpleasant to even be in the building. Let alone if you ..."

"I called in the morning, I said I’d like to make an appointment. They ask when I wanted to be seen, I said sometime this week, the sooner the better. That I was have headaches and had gotten lightheaded. They said how about 2:30. Great. I got there early for paperwork. At 2:45 they put me in an exam room and I thought not too much of a wait.
