"I have never in my life seen such a rude receptionist. Everyone in waiting room was complaining My younger daughter was having a procedure and at one point she told everyone they had to leave the waiting room. I’m sorry but when a kid is scared. She was so unpleasant and unfriendly to everyone! Like she was being bothered to do her job. We won’t be back"

"My colonoscopy,/ endoscopy went fine but the nurse Michelle 's bedside manner was unsatisfactory .She's pushing me to get up and get dressed. She said " We need the bed " woman ! Let me get my bearings first. I'm a little discombobulated . All wobbly and she's showing me the door. I'm in the lobby as we speak. Treat em and street em. But I love Dr Khatami"
