If your procedure takes 3 visits you're charged 3 times. They did not install high velocity negative air pressure to their ventilation system so what are we paying for? However, I feel implementation of an $11 PPE fee is not justified considering what safety measures they've implemented which are nothing more than staff wearing N95 masks, some plexiglass partitions placed on the reception counter, wiping down equipment/chair between patients (which should be done Covid or no Covid) ..."
