"I truly like and respect Dr. Do, and the care provided has been good. Unfortunately, the administrative and billing side of this office has been extremely frustrating. Communication is poor—calls often go unanswered, and staff frequently provide inconsistent information. We have been told one thing regarding charges and then billed something different. "The receptionists at this office is same as their so called "billing department". They don't put the claim thru insurance, and just assume that insurance doesn't cover the service. They will charge you everything up front and say they will process the refund, but they NEVER process refund. This definitely calls for a legal action, and maybe even class action. I recommend staying away from this office. ..."
