"I came in today, very anxious and expecting the worst. Why? Because, I was facing having two crowns done......that being said, I am super sensitive and expected a painful time. "I arrived at 8:30 AM to get my permanent crown but it was made incorrectly by the lab, and didn't fit. After my temporary crown was removed, they tried to put the permanent crown in but, of course, this was not successful. They put the temporary crown back in. and I had to reschedule another appointment. It was a frustrating experience. I realize anyone can make a mistake, so we'll try again ..."
