"I went to Core with a fractured shoulder and had two appointments with xrays and out of the blue I received a call from Core that they no longer accept Cigna/Healthspring and move on. Contacted Orthaz and contacted Core to have the xrays sent to Orthaz. Three weeks later nothing. Called Core and all I got was they processed the request on the 10th of March however, they did not have their fax number, ..."

"Never received such bad service. Was supposed to get an MRI. The Dr's assistant was useless in helping get me an appt. Then I talked directly to the doctor, and she scheduled me to go to another office, I went there and was told the doctor had been there but was gone. I couldn't believe it. I was there the time she gave me. When I called, I got the assistant who said I had not made an appointment. ..."

"Doctors are great and they care more than you can imagine, until after whatever surgical procedure you are having. The chaos and aggravation from non-communication between doctors to patients and staff and staff to doctors and patients is basically nonexistent. If you have complications from your procedure, good luck getting someone to help you. You will be passed around more than a ball in a football ..."

"Core has great doctors. But that won't do you any good if anything goes wrong with your care. If you want to contact them you are directed to the patient portal where it could be days before they get back to you. Try to call? You get voicemail with a 72 hour response time. They messed up my prescription order and I was leaving in two days on an extended trip. The pharmacy would not fill the prescription ..."
