"RUN AWAY!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!! This entire clinic is completely incompetent! They never return phone calls and that's IF they answer the phone to begin with. There's extremely long wait times in the office for appointments. They never send prescriptions to the pharmacy on time and many times after several days of not having my meds, my wife has had to go the office to ask for a paper prescription. ..."

"Rachel Tucker have been wonderful! She gives quick responses to my needs. When I went in about a refill the girls at the desk were quick to get the job done. The girl in the lab does a wonderful job to draw blood. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

If you call them, the call goes to an answering service if you want to make an appointment..This has never been the case in all the 25 years I have been going there...the parking lot was always full, as was the waiting room?? This office and every branch office of Clark Clinic are incompetent of following r through with patient care, referrals take weeks even after calling leaving messages day after day. "This is by far the absolute worst medical practice in the state. You call and leave messages for them to call you. The return calls never happen. Two months ago I did an in home sleep study. I've called twelve times asking for the results. Three promise we call you back and still nothing. I'm reporting this place to the medical board. No place should be this bad."
