"Dr. Lutton is an outstanding surgeon and human being. However, the staff that support his practice (and the reason for the 1-star review), don't care. There are no common courtesies like please and thank-you and in some case are extremely rude on the telephone and known to hang up abruptly. Absolutely unacceptable."
