"Went there on December 15,2022 for my regular scheduled appointment. Went to the drug test desk and received my urine cup. After 30 minutes after being unable to provide a urine sample. I asked for a saliva stick for my test. Was told "WE DON'T HAVE ANY DRINK SOME WATER!" IN A TONE OF VOICE LIKE SHE WAS TALKING TO A INMATE! I GAVE MY CUP BACK AND WALKED OUT. I'M A PATIENT SUFFERING FROM RHEUMATOID ..."
