"well, some things never change. i was a patient in 2018 for a L4 L5 fusionl. youre right no one ever answers the phone i had to call many times for many days to reach some one for forms to be filled out and in particular for severe pain, inability to walk, use the toilet or turn myself over in the bed. no pain control given, Dr, lawrence refused. i asked for an mri w and w/o contrast..but he did ..."

"I have had some very very VERY bad experiences at the Bone and Joint Center. A little more than a year ago, I came to the Bone and Joint Center with an extreme amount of pain in my right foot. I went to urgent care, got some x-rays done, and the doctor deduced that I had simply sprained my ankle. For three more months my pain ensued, so in desperation I went to another doctor in Boston Massachusetts, ..."

"Next to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone for appointment scheduling or to contact for other services. Patient portal doesn’t function. This has been on-going — not a one time issue. Extremely frustrating and just plain unprofessional. Whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed."

"Misdiagnosed problem. Had to demand MRI after trip to walk in clinic on weekend due to terrible pain. Walk in clinic suggested MRI but did not have MRI equipment there. Had tears in connective tissues per MRI radiologist. No follow up from this practice. Numerous calls to physician’s assistant. Have to leave voice message. Never returns calls.
