"well, some things never change. i was a patient in 2018 for a L4 L5 fusionl. youre right no one ever answers the phone i had to call many times for many days to reach some one for forms to be filled out and in particular for severe pain, inability to walk, use the toilet or turn myself over in the bed. no pain control given, Dr, lawrence refused. i asked for an mri w and w/o contrast..but he did ..."

"Do NOT go to this place. It is just a heartless bunch of human beings masquerading as medical care providers. They can’t even take two minutes out of their day to call you back to address pain medication. Just a bunch of money-grubbing blood-sucking non-professionals."

"Next to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone for appointment scheduling or to contact for other services. Patient portal doesn’t function. This has been on-going — not a one time issue. Extremely frustrating and just plain unprofessional. Whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed."
