"Your front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional and snobby. Every time my girlfriend has called she’s given attitude. She definitely needs to work on her phone skills and customer service skills. I don’t know her name but she was working the morning of August 5th. very snobby."

"Dr. Jane needs to communicate with her patients more before she walks away.. the professional way to communicate is to let the patient know what the assistant will be doing.... very unprofessional . Also a hello how are you and have a great day will not hurt ."
