"Dr. Datta is the best and did my back surgery in 2022 and other procedures. My problem is with scheduling. They never answer the phone or call you back. Last appointment I literally had to walk in and ask to talk to someone to schedule a procedure. This is unacceptable and a poor reflection of Health First."

"I have been going here for years and there is always problems. They cancel appointments on me, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone, it takes forever for them to schedule you for a procedure, & staff doesn't care. The ONLY positive thing is that when you go for a procedure - its organized, timely, and efficient. I always have anesthesia & I don't want to have to use a place like same day surgery ..."

"I was scheduled for a back procedure and everything was 5 star till i saw the head nurse. I had to be off the blood thinners for 7 days. I had been off them for 9 days She refused to do the procedure till I was off for another 2 days. Change the rules in the middle of the game. She lost my trust"

"Love the doctors and HATE the staff! No one ever returns a call. I usually have to drive to the office to get any kind of service. The staff doesn't care about the amount of time you wasted trying to reach them. They show ZERO empathy for what you are going though. I've asked for a supervisor only to be told "they don't have one". If I had any other options I would go to another facility ..."

"This is the worst place to be. Please go somewhere else. You cannot get through to the office and when you leave a message no one will ever call you back. I needed a prescription sent to the pharmacy for severe pain that took one month to get filled. I needed to find another doctor. Please go somewhere else and save yourself grief. Extremely disappointed."

"This is the second time I am referred to this practice. The first time, back in 2016, I spoke with Dr. Datta, determined that I need surgery and then Cigna denied the surgery. Never heard again from this practice again. They apparently did not even attempt to do a peer-to-peer or satisfy the insurance requirements. I finally got my surgery approved via a different provider without a problem. The difference? ..."

"As a patient the Drs are great. However, today I am sitting at the lab waiting for my pre op bloodwork after leaving dr Hynes scheduler multiple reminders of this date, and NO paperwork has been sent! So while Vanessa and apparently everywhere human being is on lunch I sit here like a jerk in pain hoping you all do your job and answer the phone after lunch."
