"Poor communication. Sending messages to me in Spanish knowing I don't speak the language. Charting things having been discussed with me that never was. Getting an appt.in a timely manner . Is next to zilch. Been sent in a wild goose chase more than once. It started out really well when I first went, but has gone downhill since."

"Staff is disrespectful. When you ask direct questions you get different stories from different ppl. They add test results to charts and nobody calls you back right away when something is wrong. They add notes to the chart and then delete them as they see fit. Unprofessional, stay away if you have a car. You will avoid unnecessary stress. Their lack of empathy is disturbing!!!"
