"The providers at Fifth Avenue Pediatrics have taken care of our three children since we moved back to Florida in 2012. All of the providers have been wonderful, including Dr. Sally Smith. Anytime we need to be seen urgently they get us in same day, the staff are always pleasant, caring, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
