"Met with Dr. Setup biopsy procedure for a Friday. Found Monday he had passed me tp another Dr without notifying me or without my consent. Called office & was told they had no knowledge of any procedure for me! Only after 4 hrs of calling midland memorial hospital & his office that I found this out. Canceled procedure."
