"My appointment was cancelled by them. Took two weeks to get an appointment from scheduling. Then the afternoon before the appointment they cancel it. This was after given a run around about getting a doctor by Texas orthopedics. The people that answer the phone also don’t listen to what you tell them."

"In June 2023, Dr Saldanga at T.O. in Austin performed a left knee revision. In June, I started losing feeling in that knee. The loss of feeling continued so I called over a dozen times for an appointment, usually getting answer machine. Finally got an appointment for September 5th but the clinic coordinator, Lily, called and canceled it, saying she would make an appointment with another specialists. ..."
