"I was referred by my primary care physician and have been trying to get an appointment for over 4 weeks now. The whole intake process is a complete fail. I am most definitely not comfortable coming here, I don’t care about the knowledge or experiences the doctors may have at this point. The attitude they have towards new patients are unacceptable. "
