"Dawn Pollard is terrible CEO. Allows staff to get away with not implementing customer service. The core values are not demonstrated. Very biased. She has no medical experience. Nurses are triflen and don't even smile when they come into your room but then wonder why you aren't"

"This place was amazing in getting you in and out but boy oh boy how hard is it to get your money back. I had a surgery in November and paid what was supposed to be my deductible because they would not bill for it. It has to be paid up front. Well guess what, my insurance came back and I only owe $90 as opposed to the $2500 they quoted me. I called to get my refund and they supposedly sent me a check ..."
