"It's looking like I will have to find another PCP due to the front desk clerk. She has barged in the room for the last time when I'm discussing my medical issues with my doctor. I feel as if my HIPPA has been violated. I have made complaints in the past about this and absolutely nothing has been done. I called Shannon who is a office manager who hasn't returned my call here it's been 24 hours later. ..."
