"These folks are terrible. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for a month in Franklin. It takes her an hour to get there! They canceled the appt. without telling her and re-scheduled it at an office 45 minutes farther away and a week from now! But they never let her know! She needed her shot today! Horrible way to treat patients. I'd never use or recommend these people. Just awful. Thoughtless ..."
