"This nurse practitioner is on video berating a patient. Stating that her medical notes are wrong and basically saying the doctor wrote them is lying. I'm interested to know how her actual physician feels about this NP. This nurse is unstable and shouldn't be around patients. "

"Anyone who hires Theresa Smigo as a nurse practitioner after seeing the video of her barrating a pregnant patient and accusing her of fraud is complicit, irresponsible and just as guilty. Because of bias and lack of emphathy, my placenta abbruption went unnoticed. My concerns were dismissed and my son died in utero. She is a menace to society and to top it off has a horrible attitude. "

"It is good to know that this place discusses patient’s medical situations and reasons for visitation in a public waiting room as well as humiliates and questions them as to why they would want to stop working whilst 7 months pregnant. I will avoid this place like the plague. All this coming from a “nurse.” Absolutely evil stuff going on in the world. "

"Even as a white woman, I would not let that awful nurse “Theresa Smigo” lay a hand on me. What a disgrace to the medical field."
  • November 7, 2022
"Smigo’s behavior was unconscionable. It screams racism. How dare she question someone’s motivation for getting pregnant! The nerve. I had a high risk pregnancy —off my feet from my second month. This was in the 90s. My short term disability was denied because “pregnancy is a condition, not an illness.” Here we are 25 years later and nothing has changed. I’m glad Theresa worked through her three pregnancies. ..."

"She does not care about the oath to do no harm. Putting a pregnant woman already in distress in physical and emotional danger! Her license needs to be reviewed. "
  • November 5, 2022
"It’s not a nurse’s place to question someone’s motive for becoming pregnant or expectations about working while pregnant. She should just do HER JOB. As currently pregnant, I would not come to this clinic if they allowed this this type of contractor to represent them and treat their patients this way. Also, the woman is entitled to maternity leave so how exactly is this fraud? Doesn’t seem like she’s ..."

"This poor excuse for a NP needs to go. Despicable."
  • November 4, 2022
"Theresa Schmigo should not be practicing medicine with the biases she possesses. Continuing her employ at this or any facility is putting marginalized women in danger and should not be tolerated. "
  • November 3, 2022
"No one should go anywhere near Theresa Smigo. It’s scary to think she souls treat a patient like that in front of others"
