"I had an appointment for a checkup with "Eric" and after I drove 1/2 hour to get there , they tell me he isn't there. They should have rescheduled me! Then they tried try to pass me off to the other dentist in the office who ISN'T A NETWORK PROVIDER ON MY INSURANCE. This isn't the first time this type of thing has happened to me there."
