"I've been a patient of Dr Robert White for the seven years I've been in Taos, my father was a pharmacist and my brother a doctor so I have been around medical professionals all my life, and the care I have received from Dr White and his affiliates has been nothing less than professional, personal with the right modicum of concern on all occasions."

"Very poor patient services, the NP does not seem to care much. I asked for her to call me, which should not have taken more than 5 minutes. Instead, I was told to make an appt, that I could not get for another 5 or 6 weeks. I did explain I was leaving the country and would not be around, they hung up on me. My annual physical was conducted by an NP intern, I never saw the NP after she introduced me ..."

"These folks are too busy to bother. You must make an appointment to ask a question. If phone calls are answered it is usually much later than is helpful, and expect to be treated as a pain in the backside. Try to find a better option than TMG. "

"Taos Medical Group is short-staffed. As a result, attitudes in the office are less than kind. Delayed follow-ups are usual in my experience, while you are not given adequate information about procedures and wait times. I waited over 1 hour recently to see my physician, during which time, I thought my questions were answered, and a prescription approved, but nothing was called in although I was told ..."
