"Oh my, their billing department leaves a lot to be desired. I called in today and whomever I spoke with was definitely not on the “A” team, his listening skills need a little development. I asked how to escalated the problem and without saying a word, he abruptly placed me on hold. No one every returned to the phone line. I didn’t accomplish clearing my account. Tanner Clinic has billed me erroneous ..."

"Impossible to get a hold of the right person. They transfer you to a number that no one answers, or when you go to the portal to refill medicine, they never approve or do anything with the request. So Frustrating working with this clinic. I would seek care elsewhere."
