"Usually our urgent care is a helpful experience with the Syracuse location and the Clinton office, however our last appointment was quite a disappointment with Kylee. Her intern asked every question that could be asked and I thought it seemed like a thorough visit but it was just the opposite . Was sent home with penicillin for a raging earache and sore throat.
