"THE ABSOULUTE WORST SERVICE .THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE .OH AND LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE OFFICE MANAGER HE IS BEYOND RUDE WITH IT IS HIS PEROGATIVE ATTITUDE .THE NURSE PRACTIONER KATHY SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF PIGS AND NOT HUMANS"

"Dr Baum did a wonderful job on my husband's back for a lumbar laminectomy. It's a shame that they won't provide enough medication to take care of the severe pain after the surgery however. All these doctors so worried about people getting hooked on some drug, so they won't give their patients who have had major surgery enough pain medication to manage the pain. That's a shame"

"Dr. Martinez is invalidating and his bed side manner is non-existent. He cut me off, talked over me, and tried to tell me that my account of my medical history was incorrect. I cannot speak for the other doctors at this practice but if you are referred here ask to not be assigned to Dr. Martinez."

"All the Physicians I've seen have been caring and thoughtful and explained things to me thoroughly xcellent front desk staff, worked hard to get me rescheduled after a missed appointment. They stay very busy and hard to answer all the calls, but have called me back very timely after leaving a clear message."

"It is very difficult to get an appointment or reschedule an appointment. No one will answer the phone. The medical staff is very efficient and attentive. I wish the office staff was more like the medical staff."

"If your looking for a "but" Dr Dr Beaty is the guy for you... i was in a car accident 8-9-23 .. i was seen today by Dr Beaty.. he has a very "holier than thou" attitude. I have a break in my L-5 . I also suffer from Body Dismorphia he said he could tell I was a very heavy person that nothing would help me except getting in the gym and stop vaping. From somone who went from 221 to 138 its a kick ..."

"The referral staff is unhelpful and rude. You can not get in to be evaluated for acute low back pain. The referral coordinator decided that I had chronic low back pain and told me they couldn't see me. The Dr's may be great, but I wouldn't know, I could never get an appointment."
