"I have been a patient of Takle Group for more than 25 years and recently I received a bill for services from last year that included a "New patient fee". I called and they told me that they charge the fee whenever a patient has not seen them in more than 3 years. I at age 72, did not go out except when necessary during the Covid pandemic and I suppose we all must suffer for that, but their position ..."
