"Do yourself a favor and find another pain management doctor. The doctors and office staff take forever to fill out paperwork and never followed through on filling out the prior authorization for my medication. I would call and they would ignore my calls, only answering when I blocked my phone number. Unfortunately my insurance only covers a few pain management doctors here in the valley. Hopefully ..."

"Stay away from this place at all costs. They only have a 2.3 overall rating which says it all. But to give you the details…… They are totally understaffed and bring in their doctors from over 150 miles away. They slow walk you through the diagnosis and prognosis spreading out appointments more than five weeks. Today after going off my meds two weeks ago for a procedure they left me a message that ..."

"First time at this medical clinic. I found the front desk and office staff to be exemplary! The went out of their way to help me when my ride service did not show up. It took several hours to get it straightened out so I could get home, and they were pleasant, concerned, and willing to make phone calls for me."
