"I had cataract surgery for both eyes. I was told that if I had problems in the future that it would be corrected. I guess I was foolish to believe them. I am having problems with one eye and was told that I would be charging not only for an appointment but for the corrective measures needed to correct my issue. This place is a cattle call. They do at least 30 procedures a day. They will line you up ..."

"Botched. Dr. JoAnn Reed did a very sloppy work on my eyes. After my procedures, my vision is worse than before. I have big and small remnants floating around like jelly fish and snow globe causing flashes every time I blink or move my eyes. My vision is impaired. My option is to get vitrectomy or just live with the condition for years unknown. The most disheartening thing is Dr. JoAnn Reed does not ..."
