"I had an appointment for an eye exam. I have a $10.00 co-pay but the receptionist asked me for $40.00. After a discussion I gave the $10.00 and was told I would be billed for the rest. The doctor came in the room and stood in the doorway, didnt introduce himself, and announced that I need cataract surgery without even looking in my eyes. I said I didn't want surgery, he said I can get you in next ..."

"I had an appointment for 1:30 pm today, 1/18/2024. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to complete any paper work required. At 3 pm, I had not been called for the eye test. With another commitment at 4 pm, I left informing the front desk that I could not wait longer. VERY POOR SCHEDULING and customer service!"
