"Over $500 for initial meeting to get on-track for surgery, lead time 3 months. By the time I was cleared for surgery, physician had decided he was no longer going to do that type of surgery so I was referred to new physician. They insist I still owe the original doctor for the surgical consultation on the surgery he did not perform, yet I would need a new consultation with the new one. "
