"Stay away. Saw Dr. Zadeh who offered no treatment or referrals then noted my chart to the contrary, likely for billing purposes. She simply shrugged and told me "go to the Mayo if you want". Waited weeks for the appointment then an hour for that. "

"stay away from this office. unprofessional staff. They care about billing your insurance company in fastest time possible. the three stooges opened a practice. Just run away."

"They do not care about their patients. Horrible customer service. They will cancel your prescription without warning and then blame you for being upset when they risk your life for an appointment fee."
